Who are we?

 I was talked into my first yoga class by a co-worker with a very “strong and misunderstood” personality.  After seeing the effects of how mellow and fit she had become, I had to ask “how”?  She is the reason that I first ventured on this journey that has changed my life.  During a rough life-change, I lost my practice and myself as well.  Once yoga came back to find me, it opened me up to a whole other side of me that I didn’t know was there.  Because of this I have found my life calling and hope to bring the benefits and joy of yoga to as many of you who are willing to give it a try. I promise… it’s more than just exercise.

Just as no two fingerprints are alike, no two bodies are the same.  We are asymmetrical and all move differently. My teaching style focuses on mindfulness, stress reduction and management, breath awareness, proper alignment, and yoga therapy all in a fun, yet educational, non-competitive atmosphere.  In the style of Classical Hatha yoga, I will work to help each individual find their deepest potential or as I like to say, “Find yourself and love what you find.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Julian Crisp 

Julian is a transplanted chatty Brit who came to the US to oversee a small business in the boating industry.  He was initially skeptical about trying yoga because it didn't fit into the typical "manly" sports of soccer, rugby, and cricket he was accustomed to. After a little convincing he tried it and became hooked. His newly found love of yoga has made a major impact on his life both personally and professionally, giving him motivation to pass his passion for yoga on to others
